How do I become a Sxvxge Panda?
We are always on the look out for new Sxvxge Pandas, if you are interested in being considered please send us an email via the contact page. Make sure you include your Instagram name so we can find you.

ORDER RELATED:

Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our high service standards at Sxvxge Couture we will usually commence work on the day we receive your order as a result it is not possible to add to your existing order; you would need to submit a new order for additional items.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped the same or next business day from the time the order was completed, however if we are experiencing high volume this might take a little longer.

Please note that with COVID-19 shipping times have become MUCH longer than before. Please allow up to 8 weeks for orders to arrive (especially international order as we have seen orders held in customs for 4-5 weeks alone).

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
If we have dispatched the incorrect item to you in error, please email us via the contact section on the website. We will endeavor to do everything we can to rectify the error.

Has my order been shipped yet?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email when your package has been dispatched from our warehouse.

My order hasn't arrived yet.
Please note that with COVID-19 shipping times have become MUCH longer than before. In the first instance, please refer to the delivery update information to track your order. If you feel that your order is lost, please email us and our service team will be happy to look into this for you.

What do I do if my product is damaged?
If for any reason, you receive items damaged, please contact us via email at sxvxgecoututre@gmail.com. Include some images of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in, and we will be happy to review your issue. Damages caused by shipping carriers will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.


GARMENT CARE RELATED:

How do I care for my rhinestone garments?
Rhinestone Washing Instructions – Turn your garment inside out and place inside a garment laundry bag to prevent snagging on other clothing in the wash, use warm or cold water only, and wash on gentle cycle (normal cycle for front loaders). DO NOT use a pre-wash product on or around the rhinestones because some of these products can soften the glue and the garment will need to be heat pressed to harden the glue back up. Use the gentle cycle when washing in a top loading machine. Hand washing your garments is not necessary. 

Rhinestone Drying Instructions – Leave the garment turned inside out and tumble dry on gentle cycle (normal cycle for front loaders). DO NOT use high heat. There is no need to drip dry your garment.
